You want a therapist who understands the stresses and strains of life and can help you rediscover joy. I am your person. I can help you sift through the hurts and rediscover the joy within. I am passionate about helping individuals and families find their voice. I believe in the power of our stories and that we can determine how every experience shapes us. I provide a safe place for you to learn to let go of perfection and be confident. My mission is to create a safe space for my clients to unpack their hurts and begin their healing journey. I am a therapist, school counselor, and a former elementary teacher. I am also a mom to three children adopted through foster care. I use my experiences to help individuals and families who are facing the challenges of adverse childhood experiences and the demands of navigating life.
